SY Substitute Teacher

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S POSITION

Our client is seeking reliable, professional, and flexible Substitute Teachers to provide day-to-day classroom coverage within educational settings. The Substitute Teacher will maintain a safe and productive learning environment while following lesson plans and classroom procedures established by the permanent teacher and school administration.

Positions are located in Calumet City, IL

Provide instructional support in the absence of the regular classroom teacher

• Follow lesson plans, classroom schedules, and school policies
• Maintain classroom management and ensure student safety
• Support students academically, behaviorally, and socially as needed
• Communicate professionally with school staff and administration
• Adapt to various classroom settings, grade levels, and student needs

• Bachelor's Degree (depending on district requirements)
• Substitute Teaching License
• Prior experience working with children or within educational settings preferred

• Establish a relationship with one of the nation's largest referral agencies for behavioral-health.
• Compensated weekly.
• Increase or decrease your schedule at your discretion: choose opportunities that best fit your schedule.
