Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a Bilingual Maintenance Technician for a direct hire opportunity with a well-established manufacturing operation in Camarillo, CA. The Maintenance Technician will support production uptime by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates with food and beverage manufacturing experience are especially encouraged to apply.

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment, facility systems, and plant machinery.
• Perform electrical, mechanical, and general maintenance tasks to reduce downtime and support production goals.
• Complete preventive maintenance activities according to established schedules and safety standards.
• Diagnose equipment issues and respond quickly to maintenance needs on the production floor.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and equipment service documentation.
• Partner with operations, production, and leadership teams to support a safe, efficient, and reliable manufacturing environment.

• Direct hire opportunity.
• Pay range: $24 to $30 per hour.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Some overtime may be required.
• On-site role in Camarillo, CA.
• Background check and drug screen required.
