Employment Type: Part-Time, 30 hours per week

Schedule: 4 days per week, approximately 9:00am–5:00pm

Schedule options include Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday; hybrid (combination of on-site and remote work)

Compensation: $35–$40 per hour / based on experience

Start Date: August 2026

We are a down-to-earth, vibrant, and energetic family living in a welcoming home surrounded by nature. Our household is full of life — three young children (with a fourth on the way), a beloved Mini Australian Shepherd, and a team of dedicated household staff who each play an important role in supporting our family. We value kindness, trust, initiative, and genuine partnership, and we believe the best households are built by great people working together toward a common goal.

Both parents run their own businesses, which means life moves quickly and there are always plenty of moving pieces to coordinate. We've intentionally built support in several areas, including a family chef, dedicated childcare providers, and weekly cleaners. What we're missing is someone who can serve as the connective tissue of the household — helping manage the daily details, keeping projects moving forward, coordinating with our existing team, and creating the systems and structure that allow everything to run more smoothly.

Our home is already a happy and energetic place, but like many families with young children, growing responsibilities, and busy careers, there are organizational projects that linger, laundry that never seems fully finished, spaces that could use more structure, and household logistics that require ongoing attention. With multiple properties to oversee and several upcoming projects on the horizon, we're seeking someone who can help bring organization, consistency, and proactive support to our household operations.

• Create, implement, and maintain household organization systems throughout the home
• Daily resets and tidying (surfaces clear, high-traffic areas tidy)
• Ensure the home is organized, decluttered, and prepared for weekly cleaning services.
• Maintain high-clutter zones: laundry room, mudroom, kitchen paper corner, and entry areas
• Kids' clothing inventory, sizing organization, and seasonal swaps
