Position: Sr. Equipment Maintenance Technician (Nights) – Etch

Overview

Senior Equipment Maintenance Technician – Etch at Analog Devices. We are seeking a highly skilled technician to support Etch toolsets within a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environment. The candidate should bring deep technical expertise, advanced troubleshooting capability, and a proven ability to independently own and drive equipment performance.

Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on Etch equipment.
  • Maintain and repair tools such as AMAT Centura (DPS & MXP), Siconnex, JST Autobench, ULVAC Optima, and Lam 4420.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal equipment performance and uptime.
  • Be willing to learn and perform maintenance in other areas of the Fab as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Equipment Maintenance Technician.
  • Maintenance knowledge specific to Etch processes and equipment.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, bend, and crouch for extended periods.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
Work Environment
  • 11.75-hour shifts on an alternating 3- and 4-day schedule.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced cleanroom environment.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 12 hours per shift).
  • Ability to bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, and work in confined spaces.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
  • Ability to work in varying temperature conditions and at elevated heights when required.
  • Work with hazardous materials, including toxic and inert gases, following strict safety protocols.
Education

Associate’s Degree in Electronics/Mechatronics is preferred.
