CULTA is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join the Cambridge, MD team. You will inspect, maintain, and repair HVACR, plumbing and electrical systems, performing preventative maintenance under supervision of the Risk and Facilities Manager.
You’ll ensure compliance, maintain logs, and coordinate with contractors. Essential duties include system inspections, coil cleaning, filter changes, and assisting with equipment relocation.
