Maintenance Technician

Peabody Properties seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician to join its team of property management professionals at an apartment community in areas surrounding Cambridge, MA.

• Electrical maintenance
• Plumbing maintenance
• HVAC maintenance
• Appliance repair
• Locks & keys
• Basic carpentry
• Painting and drywall repair
• Janitorial, grounds, and snow removal
• Cleaning common areas
• Maintaining exterior grounds according to company standards

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• Solid computer skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Self-starter, proactive and able to take initiative
• On-call coverage for emergencies after hours, weekends and holidays
• Ability to respond to maintenance issues in a timely manner
• Reliable vehicle required
