Mantel is developing the first molten-salt-based carbon capture technology with a focus on high-temperature boiler, kiln, and furnace applications. You will be on-site at our first demonstration facility at the Kruger Wayagamack mill in Trois-Rivières, Quebec, responsible for keeping the system running and solving real problems in real time.
This role requires 8+ years of hands-on field experience, a strong troubleshooter mindset, and the ability to read P&.
