C&W Services in Cambridge, MA is seeking a skilled facilities maintenance technician to operate and maintain mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems across assigned properties. You will perform preventive maintenance, rounds, and repairs to ensure a safe, efficient environment.
Minimum 5 years of related experience is required. A High School Diploma or GED is required; apprentice or trade school is preferred. Licenses may be required depending on market regulations.
