Maintenance Technician – Cambridge, MA
Pay: $28.00 to $30.00 / hour
Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday to Friday - 8:00am to 5:00pm

Join Wingate Management Company, an award-winning leader in real estate management, development, and investment. We’re seeking a hands‑on, tech‑savvy, and experienced Maintenance Technician to oversee and actively participate in maintenance operations at our Cambridge property.
What You'll Do- Complete repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance
- Prepare apartments for new residents (turnovers)
- Maintain grounds, common areas, and equipment
- Identify and resolve maintenance issues proactively
- Coordinate with vendors and safely use tools/equipment
- 3+ years experience as a Maintenance Technician
- Computer proficiency is a plus
- HVAC knowledge is a plus, particularly with boilers and heating systems.
- Experience with general plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, apartment turnovers, and preventative maintenance is essential.
