A leading manufacturer in the building materials industry is seeking a Maintenance Manager in the Boston, Massachusetts area.
Candidates Must Have- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline is required for this role.
- 8 or more years of maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment is required for this role.
- 4 years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment is required for this role.
- Demonstrated experience improving plant equipment reliability.
- Experience managing mechanical and electrical technicians responsible for proactive and reactive maintenance.
- Maintenance leadership experience in a union environment is a plus, not a requirement for this role.
- Relocation assistance is provided for this role if needed
