Responsibilities include cleaning, landscaping, snow removal, and general grounds upkeep, with shifts Tue-Thu 7:00am–3:00pm. Must be able to work holidays and perform routine maintenance tasks such as mopping, waxing floors, and painting touch-ups as needed.
