Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and associated equipment to ensure reliable facility operations in a healthcare setting;
Respond to service calls across Ohio Health properties including patient care and public areas;
Carry out general carpentry, painting, and minor repairs to support facility upkeep;
Inspect and coordinate maintenance projects to meet safety codes and life safety requirements;
Support other facilities team members with maintenance tasks as needed
