Description
You will be the Facilities Maintenance Tech for the Facilities Maintenance Team. Our team is responsible for maintaining plant and office facilities to ensure operational readiness.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Facilities Maintenance Tech you will be responsible for routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment and facilities.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Perform routine repairs and maintenance on plant and office facilities.
- Conduct basic carpentry, electrical, and mechanical tasks, including work on air compressors.
- Troubleshoot equipment and facility problems and report findings to the supervisor.
- Interpret blue‑print sketches, wiring diagrams, and specifications.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance such as oiling and greasing equipment.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim Secret clearance is required to start.
Basic Qualifications- Minimum of 3 years practical experience working in facilities in an industrial environment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Must have ability to obtain a security clearance.
- Must possess valid Driver's License.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Good attendance record.
- Must be able to work Third Shift.
- CNC machine maintenance experience.
- Computer skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Willing to work in a shop/industrial environment (30 to 120 degrees).
- Must possess good safety record.
- Willing to work overtime when needed.
- Ability to lift 30 pounds with ease.
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret.
