Description
As the maintenance supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance professionals to determine repair procedures and optimize equipment performance.
Your responsibilities will include:- Coordinating equipment installation, repair, and maintenance.
- Hiring, training and overseeing workers to ensure effective, timely machine repairs.
- Monitoring employee productivity and providing feedback and coaching.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety practices.
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must possess a valid drivers license
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a maintenance capacity
- Must be capable of communicating with all levels of management.
- Must be capable of obtaining a Secret Security clearance.
- Knowledge and use of predictive/preventative maintenance technologies and applications.
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Advance knowledge of pneumatic/hydraulics/robotic systems.
- Must be capable of communicating with vendors and contractors.
- Blueprint reading and project scheduling familiarity
- Team building and team engagement skills.
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work RemotelyOnsite Full-time:
The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
