Maintenance Director Join Our Team at The Springs of Camden!

We are seeking an exceptional Maintenance Director to lead our facilities maintenance team at The Springs of Camden, a premier healthcare community in Camden, Arkansas. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance of our facilities, equipment, and grounds to provide a safe and comfortable environment for our residents, staff, and guests.

As the Maintenance Director, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department, including scheduling, budgeting, and staff management
• Coordinating and performing routine and emergency maintenance tasks, including repairs, renovations, and capital projects
• Developing and implementing maintenance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Building and maintaining relationships with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services
• Maintaining accurate records and reports of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and budget tracking
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of maintenance activities
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards related to safety, environmental, and employee health

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., building management, engineering, or construction management) preferred
• 3+ years of experience in maintenance management, with a focus on healthcare facilities
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of maintenance technicians
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and vendors
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods; may be required to work at heights, in confined spaces, or in other physically demanding conditions
