General Maintenance Spec - Weekend Shift

Job Description *
* You will be the General Maintenance Specialist for the Facilities Maintenance Team. Our team is responsible for maintaining plant and office facilities, ensuring equipment reliability and safety.

** What You Will Be Doing*
* As the General Maintenance Specialist you will be responsible for delivering high‑quality repairs, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting across our manufacturing site.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

+ Perform routine repairs and maintenance of plant and office facilities and equipment.

+ Conduct basic carpentry, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and metal‑fabrication tasks.

+ Troubleshoot equipment and facility issues, reporting findings to supervisors.

+ Interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to guide repairs.

+ Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance. A company‑sponsored interim Secret clearance is required to start.

** Basic Qualifications*
* Minimum of 3 years practical experience working in in facilities in a manufacturing environment.

Basic computer skills

Must have ability to obtain a security clearance.

Must possess valid Drivers Licenses

High School Diploma or GED

** Desired Skills*
* Strong communication skills

Ability to work under pressure

Ability to work with minimum supervision

Willing to work in a shop/industrial environment ( 30 degrees to 120 degrees)

Must posses good safety record

Willing to work overtime when needed

Ability to lift 30 pounds

Experienced welder

** Pay Information*
* Full-Time Salary Range: $45200.00 - $84000.00
