Automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician – No Experience Needed!

Enjoy a $1,000 sign‑on bonus and comprehensive paid training. Training compensation is paid at the hourly rate for 8 weeks of hands‑on and classroom instruction, with travel and lodging included. After training you receive a phased combination of hourly rate and uncapped commission.

• Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings on various vehicles using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process.
• Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals.
• Build strong customer relationships and promote our services.

• Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships.
• Self‑motivation and the ability to work independently.
• Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Manual dexterity for repetitive‑motion tasks.
• Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

• Training compensation at hourly rate; phased combination of hourly rate and commission thereafter.
• Uncapped earning potential with an average range of $60,000–$150,000+ per year.
