Conifer Realty is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for affordable housing communities in Camden, NJ. The role leads a maintenance team, manages work orders, safety compliance, and resident satisfaction while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Salary is $35.00-$36.00 per hour, full-time, Monday–Friday with on-call rotation. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is paid over the first year. Requires HVAC certification, 5+ years’ experience and proficiency in Yardi or similar systems.
