Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceAssist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful wayFollow outlet policies, procedures and service standardsHave full knowledge of beverage lists and promotionsHave full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methodsFollow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverageOther duties as assignedQualifications
Your experience and skills include:
A minimum of one (1) year recent experience (in the last five years) in a food and beverage related position in a quality establishmentServing It Right and Food Safe certificatesExcellent organizational skills and ability to thrive in a busy environmentA team player with proven success in relationship buildingA commitment to provide excellent service and exceeding expectationsCompletely fluent English language skills, both written and verbalStrong interpersonal skills and positive attitudeProfessional and impeccable grooming and presentationBarista knowledge would be an assetAdditional Information
Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):
