About the Role  The Laundry Attendant role focuses on maintaining cleanliness and supporting smooth hotel operations daily. You will handle linen processing while ensuring all items meet established hotel quality standards. Additionally, you will interact with housekeeping teams to ensure the timely delivery of clean supplies. The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently. Job Duties   Operate washing machines, dryers, and laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
Sort, wash, and treat linen based on priority and cleaning requirements.
Fold and organize bed sheets, towels, and other linen items neatly.
Deliver clean linen and collect soiled linen from designated hotel areas.
Maintain cleanliness and organization within laundry rooms and linen storage spaces.
Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and report shortages when necessary.
Report damages, deficiencies, and lost items according to company procedures.
Assist with housekeeping duties, including room attendance tasks when required.
Train new team members and support overall team efficiency when needed.

Job Requirements   Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail in daily tasks.
Possess excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
Show physical capability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy loads consistently.
Maintain flexibility, reliability, and a proactive approach to assigned responsibilities.
Previous housekeeping or customer service experience is considered an advantage.
Must hold a valid Canadian work permit for employment eligibility.
