Elevate guest experiences with The Sun Peaks Grand Hotel & Conference Centre as the Director of Hospitality. Lead strategic initiatives and oversee portfolio development to ensure exceptional service standards.

In this leadership role, you will focus on guest experience strategy and organizational growth across our accommodation portfolio, including the Hotel and Residences. Seeking a forward-thinking leader with a minimum of ten years in hospitality, you will drive innovation and collaboration while optimizing operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide operational leadership across the accommodation portfolio

Requirements:

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in hospitality

• Post-secondary education in Hospitality Management or Business Administration

• Proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
