Resort Housekeeper - Seasonal Position

Location: East Kootenays (Fernie)

As a Housekeeper, you will clean various areas in our resort, including guest rooms and common spaces. Your attention to detail will ensure that we meet our high quality standards while you promote teamwork and effective communication with other departments. You will also respond to guest inquiries and concerns, ensuring their stay is enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain resort units to high standards

• Follow operational safety and cleanliness protocols

• Replenish linens, toiletries, and kitchenware supplies

• Help clean common areas during gaps in unit assignments

• Report maintenance or security issues to supervisors

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Six months of previous housekeeping experience preferred

• Detail-oriented and organized

• Familiar with cleaning tools and chemicals

• Professional demeanor with a guest-focused attitude
