Le serveur à la piscine aura pour principales missions :
- Assurer le service de restauration et des boissons pour les invités à la piscine, à la plage, sur le quai et au Spa du Manoir Hovey.
- Prendre les commandes en tenant compte des préférences et des attentes des clients
- Établir les factures et procéder à l'encaissement des additions
- Maîtriser le menu afin de pouvoir le présenter et le détailler aux clients
- Préparer les cocktails avec soin
- Maintenir un environnement de travail propre et organisé
