Coverage Area
:
This role will cover the Canton, Woodstock, Jasper & Ellijay area.

• Follow safety standards and regulations while operating company equipment and vehicles. Apply pest control products in compliance with label standards.
• Assist service professionals with pest control, mosquito treatments, and termite inspections. Monitor termite bait systems.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external customers to create “Customers for Life.”
• Collaborate with internal teams like customer service, sales, and management to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

• Adhere to the NORTHWEST WAY, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer care.
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing our values and image with every customer interaction.

• Starting hourly range $19 - $21, a company vehicle, and a company cell phone.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• No prior experience necessary
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to work independently and manage route-based assignments

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in confined spaces (crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc.)
