PAY & BENEFITS Competitive hourly pay: $13 to $20/hour, paid weekly which translates to $550 to $800+/week Performance bonuses, incentives & tips

Additional Responsibilities for Team Leads (Driving Role)
Safely drive the company vehicle and manage the daily team schedule

Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are stocked and properly maintained

Support team members and help keep the day running smoothly
