Lead Technician​/Field Inspector

Position Overview

Resto Pros is searching for a qualified professional for a lead technician and field inspector position. This role offers a leadership opportunity and career growth within a growing company.

• Explain the mitigation and repair process to customers daily.
• Maintain a clean and well‑maintained appearance to ensure a positive first impression.
• Perform highly detailed documentation.
• Lead mitigation efforts on jobs, including water mitigation for residential and commercial properties.
• Lead and manage junior technicians.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Participate in rotating on‑call and emergency response.
• Work a flexible schedule, including after normal business hours.

40 hours guaranteed per week with overtime available as needed. Schedule is not fixed and may change daily based on customer demand.

• Mitigation/Remediation experience required.
• Experience in face‑to‑face sales.
• High attention to detail and expertise in job documentation.
• Flexible schedule with openness to work after normal business hours.
• Clean criminal history and driving record.
