Maintenance Superintendent

• Supervise maintenance team members performing repair, installation, and upkeep of plant equipment, buildings, and utility systems.
• Plan work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to ensure timely and effective completion of maintenance activities.
• Maintain and inspect equipment to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards while minimizing downtime.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs to support equipment reliability and production efficiency.
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and support team members in resolving problems and improving technical capability.
• Support facility improvement projects, enforce company policies, and coordinate procurement of tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or GED required;
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 3 years of directly related maintenance supervision experience; experience in poultry processing or food manufacturing environment preferred;
• Skills:
  
  Working knowledge of refrigeration, PLCs/electrical systems, proficiency in plumbing, welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems, strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, basic computer skills and ability to support maintenance systems, and ability to become Haz‑Mat team qualified.

• Schedule:
  
  Monday – Friday with occasional weekends;
