Warehouse Janitorial Associate/Cleaning Crew Member

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) has an immediate full‑time, permanent opening for a Warehouse Janitorial Associate/Cleaning Crew Member. This role is in a fast‑paced environment with a focus on safety and cleanliness.

Roles include cleaning restrooms, break areas, office areas, sweeping, mopping, dusting, removing trash, ensuring walkways are tidy, cleaning totes, performing deep cleaning as needed, and following safety and quality standards.

Days and nights vary, including weekends. Please list available shift(s). Shift options may include multiple lines.

Starting pay: $17 per hour.

• Cleaning restrooms, break areas (indoor/outdoor), office areas
• Sweeping, mopping, dusting, removing trash
• Ensure all walkways are clean and tidy at all times
• Clean totes and other items
• Some deep cleaning, as needed
• Follow all safety and quality standards
• Other basic janitorial duties as assigned

• Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds
• Walking in and around the facility with great frequency throughout the entire shift
• Must be able to stand and walk for up to 10-12 hours
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and safe handling for chemicals sheets/documents (generally in English; may have in Spanish where state required)
• Dexterity in eye/hand coordination, foot pedals, manual picking, pinching, holding, grasping, and wrist motion (repetitive flexion/rotation)
• Use of the KBSPresence mobile time‑keeping software to record work hours and attendance; all non‑exempt employees are required to download and use the KBSPresence app on personal mobile devices for clock in/out. Cell phone reimbursement provided for use of personal devices.
