Job Summary
The Site Manager's primary focus is to service existing business and operations, maintain relationships with existing customers, and develop new business where possible.
Responsibilities and Qualifications- Interface with client management and maintenance staff to coordinate and execute cleaning projects
- Monitor to ensure quality control expectations are met
- Manage schedules to ensure contract compliance
- Review employee performance
- Execute constructive discipline process
- Complete all quality control programs in accordance with company guidelines
- Other projects as assigned
- Report payroll
- Maintain all compliance and safety regulations
- Upkeep of proper supplies and inventory orders
- Minimum of Five (3) years managing janitorial operation
- Flexibility with hours and schedule
- Technical knowledge of all aspects of janitorial service delivery
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
Compensation: $55,000.00. Harvard offers a competitive salary structure including a benefit package with medical, dental, life, and long-term disability (LTD) insurance along with a 401K Savings Plan.
