• Perform thorough exterior and interior (SXS) cleaning of vehicles, including washing and polishing.
• Operate and maintain detailing equipment, ensuring it is in good working order.
• Inspect vehicles to identify areas needing additional attention (very basic - lights, turn signals, and other functionality checks).
• Assist with light mechanical tasks or accessory installations as needed.
• Assist with completing and organizing paperwork.
• Light janitorial and maintenance work throughout the dealership (indoors and outdoors).
• Assist with keeping inventory displayed presentable and well organized.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• No prior experience needed - training is provided.
• Basic mechanical awareness is a plus but not required.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high‑quality results; cleanliness matters.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently without constant supervision.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various temperatures.
