Squeaky Clean NEO is seeking experienced residential and small office cleaning professionals to partner with us as independent contractors.

We are not hiring entry‑level cleaners. We are looking for experienced professionals who can provide verifiable references and work confidently and independently.

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity.

As a contracted cleaning professional, you will provide residential and small office cleaning services to clients secured and scheduled by Squeaky Clean NEO. We handle marketing, client communication, and scheduling coordination — allowing you to focus on delivering excellent service.

• Minimum 2 years professional residential or office cleaning experience
• At least two verifiable professional references (required)
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Reliable transportation
• Professional communication and presentation
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in pet‑friendly homes
• Ability to pass background screening

• Maintain professional standards and reliability
• Communicate clearly regarding service scope or concerns
• Provide agreed‑upon equipment and supplies (details discussed during onboarding)
• Carry any required insurance as discussed
