** How You Will Make a Difference
*** Perform preventive maintenance and repairs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life‐safety systems.
* Respond to work orders and urgent requests; document in CMMS.
* Support environment‐of‐care rounds; partner with EVS, Security, and Nursing on safety fixes.
* Assist with vendor coordination and inspections (sprinklers, generators, medical gas).
* Coordinate with rounding providers and daytime interdisciplinary teams to keep care plans moving.
* Support safe discharges and smooth handoffs to evening/night teams.#
** What We’re Looking For
*** 3+ years maintenance experience (healthcare preferred).
* Working knowledge of life‐safety codes (NFPA, Joint Commission readiness).
* Valid driver’s license; ability to lift 50 lbs.#
