As a Janitorial Floater, you will be a vital member of our operations team, supporting multiple client locations and ensuring facilities remain clean, safe, and professionally maintained.

Many of our current supervisors, trainers, and managers began their careers in entry‑level positions and advanced through hard work and dedication.

• Provide coverage at various client locations when needed
• Maintain facilities according to company cleanliness and safety standards
• Support supervisors with onboarding and training of new team members
• Learn and perform site‑specific cleaning procedures
• Deliver excellent service and represent the company professionally

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation required
• Clean driving record
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to work independently and stay productive
• Strong attention to detail
• Janitorial experience helpful but not required – we provide paid training
