Housekeeper Position

The Golden Key Center for Exceptional Children is seeking a full time Housekeeper for its special education non-public charter school. This position will have a set schedule with some required overtime and weekend shifts. The person has to be comfortable working in an environment with special needs and have basic skills to provide a safe, clean environment for students, staff and public following all health and safety guidelines.

The Housekeeper position will report to the school's Operations Director, with direct responsibility for providing a safe and clean environment for the organization's grounds and facilities. The position requires a strong work ethic, and a team oriented approach to facilities planning and maintenance. The position requires different work hours at times; weekends and evening hours will be needed.

Requirements:
High school diploma;
Able to lift at least 40-pounds;
General knowledge of routine building cleaning;
Set schedule with potential for overtime and some weekend hours needed. Comfortable working with around students with exceptionalities.
