• Provide customer service and support during field visits.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Interface with the Engineering Dept. to diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
• Understand customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations and briefings.
• Produce timely and detailed service reports.
• Comprehend installation and maintenance manuals.
• Understand shipping bills of materials packing and marking methods.
• Complete purchase requisitions and submit internal requisitions.
• Provide quotes to customers for replacement parts.

US-OH-Canton

• All positions require customer focus with a service-oriented attitude and attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changes in daily activities.
• Ability to travel and work overtime/weekends, as needed, to meet customer and in-house demands.
• Must pass a background check and drug/alcohol screening and maintain a clean driving record.
