As a Medical Facility Cleaning Technician, you'll help maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of a healthcare facility by:
- Cleaning and disinfecting patient and common areas
- Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and maintaining floors
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
- Emptying trash and replacing liners
- Dusting and wiping surfaces
- Cleaning windows and glass
- Spot cleaning carpets
- Following healthcare cleaning standards and safety procedures
- Performing additional cleaning duties as assigned
- Commercial or janitorial cleaning experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional attitude and dependable work ethic
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Push, pull, bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, and reach overhead
- Climb stairs and ladders as needed
- Lift and carry up to 35 pounds
- Work in environments with dust, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels
