Crossroads Storage is a brand new facility with over 90k sqft of leasable space consisting of covered and indoor storage options for Recreational Vehicles, boats, household and small business storage needs.

This is a part‑time on‑site Janitor position based in the Cape Coral Metropolitan Area. The Janitor will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the facilities, which includes tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and emptying waste bins. Additional duties include restocking supplies, ensuring common outdoor areas are clean, and reporting any maintenance or repair needs. This role may also occasionally involve interacting with tenants or visitors and assisting with basic facility‑related requests.

• Proficiency in Janitorial Services, including cleaning, maintenance, and ensuring facility hygiene
• Housekeeping skills to manage the upkeep of communal and private spaces effectively
• Excellent Customer Service skills for interacting with tenants or visitors as needed
• Ability to follow training protocols and perform tasks to maintain workplace standards
• Dependability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
