Test and Balance Technician

This is a full-time on-site role for a Test and Balance Technician located in SW FL. The technician will be responsible for conducting air and hydronic balancing tasks, operating and calibrating test equipment, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring proper system functionality. The role also includes collaborating with team members, analyzing system performance, and providing clear communication on project progress and findings.

• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and problem‑solving technical issues
• Knowledge and skills in system calibration and performance optimization
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey technical information clearly
• Ability to work effectively on‑site and within a team environment
• Previous experience in HVAC or similar industries is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or training are advantageous
