Position Summary:

Are you ready to help shape a member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression? We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. As a Maintenance Associate at Sam’s Club, you is responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go.

$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

What you’ll do:

• Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Clean all areas of the facility (e.g., floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following company procedures and using approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Respond to spills, operate floor scrubbers, and dispose of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with the Environmental Sustainability Program.
• Maintain appropriate levels of approved chemicals and supplies, rotate and store chemicals properly, and place orders to replenish supplies when low.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation may be paid as premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
