Lawn Technician

• Lawn Specialist duties include maintaining a professional appearance of lawn care and diagnosing/treating insects, diseases, weeds, and cultural issues associated with turf grass.
• Operate the daily lawn care service as trained to ensure efficient service delivery for customers.
• Follow the daily route as scheduled and ensure timely arrival at each location.
• Apply appropriate products, follow safety procedures, and label instructions.
• Build customer relationships through friendly, helpful, and courteous service during visits.
• Respond to phone and in-person service requests in a timely manner.
• Develop product and service knowledge through provided, paid training.

• Possess a valid driver’s license from the state of residence.
• Available to work Monday–Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer-facing experience preferred.

• Attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills, and excellent organization and time management.
• Comfortable working in a self-directed environment after training.
