Our apartment community is seeking a housekeeper for our
324-unitluxurymid-rise in Hollywood, Florida!

Requirements

• Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction
• Knowledge and skills in the safe use and maintenance of cleaning fluids and tools
• Constant need to be on feet and to perform physical activities such as climbing stairs and ladders, bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced and customer service-oriented environment

Responsibilities

• Cleaning the office, clubhouse, and restrooms daily
• Cleaning and maintaining the laundry facilities as well as model apartments daily
• Preparing vacant apartments for new resident move-in
• Performs additional duties requested by the Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager

Work Days: Thursday
- Monday, off Tuesday and Wednesday, 3 times per month;
Monday
- Friday 1 week per month

Work Hours: M-F 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, Sun 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm, Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm; 3 weekends per month.

Our application process includes criminal background checks and drug screens.
