Set to open in 2026, The Cape Town EDITION, V&A Waterfront will introduce a bold new expression of contemporary luxury and lifestyle hospitality to one of South Africa’s most iconic destinations. Located on Quay 7 at the V&A Waterfront, this 142-key hotel, including six exclusive serviced apartments, will operate under an international management agreement.

Role Summary

As the Food & Beverage Leader, you will be the strategic business leader of the property’s food and beverage and culinary operations, including Restaurants and Bars, In-Room Dining, and Banquets and Catering. You will be responsible for the development and execution of departmental strategies that align with the EDITION brand’s service philosophy and business objectives.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role plays a critical part in the pre-opening and operational launch of the hotel. The Food & Beverage Leader is accountable for driving revenue growth, maximizing financial performance, fostering high levels of employee engagement, and delivering an exceptional guest experience consistent with the EDITION brand’s sophistication and authenticity.
