Housekeeping Manager – Luxury Hospitality Venue
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage housekeeping teams to five-star standards
Ensure all rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and presentation requirements
Manage staffing, rosters, training, and performance
Oversee stock control, linen, and supplier coordination
Handle guest feedback and resolve housekeeping issues promptly
Proven leadership and team management experience
