URGENT VACANCY: FOOD & BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR
Location: Goodwood, Cape Town
Industry: Hospitality
Start Date: Immediately
Salary: R12 500 CTC per month (depending on experience)
A well-established hospitality establishment based in Goodwood, Cape Town is urgently seeking an experienced and motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to join their team.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily Food & Beverage operations
- Ensure excellent service delivery across banqueting, in-room dining and restaurant operations
- Manage staff performance, schedules, and discipline
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, quality, and customer service
- Assist with stock control and operational procedures
- Handle guest queries and resolve service issues professionally
- 3-year Hotel School Diploma or equivalent Hospitality National Diploma
- 3–4 years Food & Beverage experience, including:
- Banqueting
- In-room dining
- Restaurant operations
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Available to start immediately
