Industrial Maintenance Technician
We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician with experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, particularly in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of production equipment by performing preventative and corrective maintenance tasks. Working in a high-speed packaging, industrial environment where decision-making in real time is crucial to maintaining operations. The maintenance team plays a critical role in ensuring everything runs smoothly, requiring candidates to work independently and solve problems efficiently.
Responsibilities- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all production and auxiliary production equipment.
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on packaging machinery.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and replace mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components.
- Industrial mechanical or electrical experience, including PLC troubleshooting and VFD's.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carbondale, PA. The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
