Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs of facility equipment, including HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems

• Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify and address potential issues

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all areas, including equipment rooms and storage facilities

• Complete tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Manager and Facilities Director

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional patient care

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of facility systems and equipment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 2 years of experience in maintenance perferably in Skilled Nursing

• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to various facility locations

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
