ABM Industries - - Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain assigned areas including classrooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, and stairways;
Sweep, remove debris, mop floors, and clean spills in designated areas;
Empty trash receptacles and manage recycling;
Follow safety procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment;
Notify supervisor of repairs or maintenance needs;
Maintain professional relationships with clients and staff;
Clean desks, chairs, tables, fixtures, and wipe down surfaces;
Polish hard surfaces and clean kitchen/food-area items;
Move furniture and equipment as needed for cleaning;
Clean interior glass, windows, mirrors; dust surfaces;
Seasonally rake leaves, snow removal, and other tasks as needed;
Maintain restroom cleanliness and hygiene;
Comply with safety, security, and quality standards
