Grand Pacific Resorts - - Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs of the property, common areas, and guest rooms including basic electrical, plumbing, painting, appliance repair, and HVAC;
Use CMMS and mobile apps to create and close work orders with data;
Communicate with resort guests to triage facility issues and confirm completion to quality standards;
Inspect and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas; ensure safety and compliance with OSHA standards;
Participate in safety programs and resort safety committees
