Grand Pacific Resorts - - Responsibilities:
Perform routine preventative maintenance and repairs of the property, common areas, and guest rooms, focusing on basic electrical, plumbing, painting, appliance repair, and HVAC with little or no supervision;
Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and mobile apps to create and close work orders with data (labor hours, downtime, problem/cause/remedy, parts used);
Communicate with resort guests to triage facilities issues and set service expectations;
Inspect and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas; maintain maintenance inventory;
Adhere to OSHA and resort safety programs; participate in Resort Safety Committee and Emergency Response Team
