We are a large regional property management firm looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Marisol Apartments in Carlsbad, CA
.

• Cleaning grounds, offices, common areas.
• Completing maintenance service requests.
• Appliance repairs, painting.
• Apartment turnovers.
• Taking emergency calls and more.

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property.
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must.
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success.
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• Availability to work on-call rotation.

• $23-$25/hour DOE
